But they will not be driving Skyline due to the NPS wants a fee for us to drive it plus the individual entrance fee... rather give the fee to Toys For Tots... an alternate route is planned...
The Route:
approximately 4-4 1/2 hour cruise. We will start at Jack Evans, go out 522 to 211, take 211 through the pass
then take 340 south to Massanutten Resort. We will stop there to get the group shot and to take a pit stop. After that, we will head on out on 33, go back over the mountain where I hear that 33 is just as good as 211, and loop back to Sperryville, where we will end the cruise and break up for lunch.

I left a car out in the grass one summer and by fall the entire bottom was coated with rust.
Our Vette bodies are plastic, but there is a lot of metal that will rust if not protected.

zgator, many in the C3 nation feel you pain!. While a place called the Corvette Shop in a northern suburb (Ham Lake) of Minneapolis, is a great source of parts for all Corvettes, it is one of the most depressing places I have ever seen. It is a Corvette salvage/wrecking yard. To see all the emasculated Corvettes just sitting around in the weeds is sickening! 
There is no substitute for low end torque!

I have looked at a blue 74 sitting in a fellows backyard for more than 5 years. I have stopped twice about the car.
