Looks like a good buy to me. Just a reminder, when ordering parts for a 77, you need to now if it is an early or late modle year. Many parts changed during the run. Always double check to make sure you get what you have and not just what the book say's it should be.

Congrats,I paid 6000.00 for my 77 also about 6 months ago,looks like about the same condition.Notice the dfference in early and late,mine has an alarm switch on the drivers fender and no flags and our mirriors our different. I am not sure of the cutoff dates for early and late but I am sure someone here knows. More info here than you can imagine.
Congratulations, nice looking car, Kevin. I think you got a good deal, but, as all of us here know, you'll be putting money into it for a long, long time. Always have something to fix or replace.
