Iron, if you're referring to the long lower exterior black piece under the doors (and I bet you are), I went and looked.
They are definitely not gloss. I probably wouldn't call them semi-gloss either, but they have a bit of a shine to them that true flat wouldn't.
If you hold your hand in front of them, you can't see a real reflection. You can see a sillouette of your hand, a little more than you would on true flat. But like I said, they aren't shiny enough for semi-gloss.
If there is some mystery shade right between flat and semi, these rocker moldings have it.

If you don't mind... what did you pay for that gem? Did a lot of people bid on it?

Adam, amazingly enough the roof panels didn't leak when I washed it upon arrival. The owner would remove the tops and massage (his word!) the rubber just to keep it in shape.
There was pretty steady bidding on the car up to $38K. I took it by $100 with just a few seconds left. The second place bidder (Luxembourg) offered me $44K for it. I passed ...

Truthfully, it was a bit too much to spend on a CE. Of the three ultra low mileage GM cars that I bought that week, the CE is the only one I paid a 50% premium over original MSRP. I got the TTA and IROC for just under what they sold for new.
But I had to stop and think how long it might be before I saw another CE with less than 500 miles on it. If the value ever gets to where I'm hoping it will get, I predict a few more will start crawling out of climate controlled garages with similar (or lower) mileage.
The event coordinators of the first annual Boyd Coddington auction here in Springfield, MO this July have offered to trailer all the cars to the event and run them through the auction (with reserve of course) at no cost to me. It's tempting, but I'd rather just hold onto them for now.

Yes to the wheels - and the tires. I don't know how one keeps a car for 24 years without dry rot or flatspots on the tires, but I suppose I better find out
