how does one go about finding out how many other owners have had possesion of the vette before one buys it or owns it

 If the car has been within the same state ,your title # will have a clue, as an example it may be abc123.3, the last number or digit will indicate the # of times this vin # has been registered.most all states have a clue within the title #,,send me  that # and the state that your car came from and Ill try and help..RD
