Officially mine now. After laying eyes on her for the first time last Sunday in a snow storm, I suddenly knew my searching was over. Didn’t even take it for a ride. After a long week, Friday was the most beautiful warm sunny day to bring her home. T tops off and a 4 speed, boy I felt like a pretty hot s**t for a 54 year old bald guy. 82 miles home and no problems, even the clock & AC works. Last owner only had it a few years, and he bought it from a friend that was an aircraft mechanic. I do realize that I’m not done spending money with a 29 year old car, but feel I’m in pretty good shape with this one. Needs a good cleaning and could use tires pretty soon. 2 sets of tops but one of the glass after market ones had a good crack in it. So, it’s official now, after a long time wanting, I’m now a Happy C3 Vette owner.

SWEET!! You got a whole lotta fun on your hands. I know the 54 bald deal. Age 55 and chrome on top here. Cruzin down the road, top off, & imagining what it would be like having the wind blow through your hair.

Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.
