Also they want a bunch of stuff about the color and "performance" of my lights. Any ideas what the perfomance of my lights is?
I know its alot but its easier to ask here than deal in another language. So any ideas? Oh yeah I gues I should say its a 75 l48, stock all the way, except for a rear fiberglass spring. BTW if this is the wrong spot for this, forum wise, sorrry but I couldnt figure out where it should go

Man, things have change since I was there in '76-'79. It sounds like from the information they are asking....will you be able to meet their emission standards with a 20 plus year old car? Have you seen any older vettes already in country? Did you ask any questions before you had it shipped over? I do recall a person who shipped only to find out that they could not drive it on the road because it did not pass the smog inspection. Also, you are going to have fun driving on the other side of the road and making long sweeping right hand turns versus left hand turns. It takes a couple of times to get use to it.

reduction gear and ratio: What ever ratio is in your diff I would put 3.08:1

Brake stoppage distance: Depends on speed, 50 to 0 I would put 138 ft (I made it up)

Front rear shock absorber type: Front: Gas with Coil Spring; Rear: Gas with Leaf Spring
frame : Steel Box Channel, Body on Frame Design
seat : Bucket
front window glass : If the Glass In original take the info off of it. I would PUT DOT Factory Installed.
other window glass : Again most glass has info in one of the corners.
Co emission controle device type (huh?) Not Sure, But they may want info on how fuel gets to the engine. So maybe put Carburetor
Blow by gas reduction system : type (I have one of those?) PCV, Does it also have EGR if so add it.
Fuel evaporative gas control system : PCV System
Speedometer : Cable drive 0-120mph, also look at it and put the KMH
Color: Outside and Interior Color
Light Performance: Halogen or HID, or Zenon, or ?

82CE yeah its a pretty nerve wracking experience drivin it out here. Ive only drivin it once from the port, so far, but it was differant thats for sure. I just got used to drivin the cars they have here. My whole way back every time I turned I went for the blinker and it wouldnt be there!
They stop the emissions check for 76 and earlier years so I just hit the wire.
As for other C3's there is one 80-81 on island and thats it that I know of. Its definatly a head turner. When I left the port the security guard told me "I envy you." That will put a smile on your face let me tell you

I'm not sure and can't check from here at the conference, but I believe the max load is 450 lbs. It should be on the door tag with the GVW.

Wouldn't the Parking brake be rear drum? Since the Brake is disc, but the Parking brake is really an inner drum brake.

Well yes, I know they are drum, but I figured they just wouldn't grasp the concept of shoes inside a disc brake system. So I suggest he just put disc.
