Yes, you can. 
In the "Post Reply" box, you can upload a photo directly to the thread, provided the pic is not TOO large!
Click on the
button at the top of the box, and follow the directions. Be aware, tho, if the pic is too large, it either will not load, or it will get changed to a "link" by one of the Moderators.
For instance, this pic might be considered a bit too large. I'll leave this up as an example for a while, and then I'll have to change it to a link, but you get the idea.
