Hello folks,
I'm somewhat new to posting threads on the forum, although i've been watching from afar for quite a while now!
I've noticed that quite a few standard members are posting pictures in their threads, I didn't realise we could actually do this?
How do i go about it?
And yes, ok, i will get membership soon, i'm spending too much money on the car at the moment (forgivable i think!)
Thanks!

Theo,
Images first need to be stored on an internet server somewhere before they can be included in a posting. Just having them on your PC won't work for the internet community. Gold and LifeTime level C3VR members have storage space available to them. I don't believe there is any blocking in place here that would restrict you from posting images that are stored on another site.
FYI - a Gold membership for the balance of 2003 will most likely set you back less than the cost of a tank of gas (unless you're driving one of those gas/electric hybrids
).
Then when you want to include an image in a posting, your signature, your registration page, or your profile page use the HTML IMGage tags (?IMG? and ?/IMG? substituting the question mark characters with the vertical bar character "|") on either side of the URL, or internet address, of the image.

Thanks for the advice mate
I've got to set up some webspace on my uni department server - all staff get the option to have a homepage, something i didn't realise til i did some snooping around! So watch this space for images of the cruise-missile!
