|QUOTE|hall99 said: Thanks to everyone for all of the information. I have decided to purchase this vette,
hopefully they will be able to get it shipped out by the end of the week. If anyone would
like to take a look at it, it is on the web page at County Corvette Sales.

Check this web site and look for the price calculator in the menu. It will list all possible options for any year vette.

Todd,
I wish you would have mentioned where you were looking to buy. Jim's shop is about 15 minutes from me. I would have been glad to run over there and take more pics or whatever you needed to help make a decision. County has a good reputation around here so I doubt very much you will have a problem with the car.
Anyhow, good luck with your new ( used ) Vette |smile|

Congratulations on your purchase. As mentoned, the VIN will only tell you if it is a coupe or convertible. Without any original paperwork on the car, your only hope is to find the tank sticker. Pry back the black rubber piece under the fuel door. It seals the filler neck to the body. Then see if you can peek to the left of it and see the top of the tank. The tank sticker should be there. You might have to use a flashlight and a mirror. Another place to look is behind the dash. Many 70-72 Corvettes have a build sheet tucked between the tach and speedo. Good luck trying to find that one unless you drop the steering column. Air cars are especially hard because of the ductwork.

Glenn,
I appreciate the offer I didn't realize how close you were to
West Chester. I feel like they are shooting me straight on
the car. I guess we will see when I get it in a few days.
Thanks Again!
