my 82 is named "Lucille" - Lucy for short - after my mother. She was a feisty little b*tch that needed much attention, and let you know when things weren't right.

Norsky said: Every one in "The Fleet" has a nickname -
"The Toy" -- '70 convertible
"The Beast" -- '90 ZR-1
"BIGBRRD" or "BLKBRRD" -- '78 Trans Am
"Betty" -- '28 Model A Ford Tudor
"Scooby Doo" -- '04 Subaru Outback
"The Silver Buckboard" -- '01 F-150
"The Toy", "The Beast", "Betty" and "Scooby Doo" have all gone down the road to new caretakers. "Da Barge", our 1994 Class C RV, has joined the ranks since this post was originally made as has a 2014 Toyota RAV4 which is sometimes referred to as "Yoda". "BLKBRRD" is still in the garage and its new Colorado plate is pretty darn nice IMHO (it will go on the car in July when the current "blah" plate expires).

Redwingvette because in Detroit all we had for sorts back in the day were the Redwings and my love of the red Vette

I call my LT1 the Blue Beast. With no air, no power steering, no power brakes, a four-speed, side-pipes, and rock hard suspension, it is a beast to drive!
