My wife coined ours, "Zora." I told her the story of Duntov before I bought it (and before we were married) 11.5 years ago and since I'm an engineer she thought it fitting. Too bad he retired before mine rolled off the assembly line!

Yes, this is an old thread. Since I found her, I've called her "Baby". Over the years I have used other
more foul names but, not for long.
When I'm on the airport, on the radio, I refer to Baby as the "Black Chevy".
The most common response over the radio is "What year?".
I was also struck by the number of "former members" on this thread.

I still am new to the "Vette" scene so far I just call "her" vette, my wife calles her wife #3 because my trike is wife #2.
I'm thinking after all the work i've been doing... money pit or knuckle buster or "Splinter" is more fitting. :)
