Your signature is maintained in your Forums Profile which can be accessed by clicking on the Settings icon (  ) located just below the main menu bar and then clicking on either the Edit Forum Profile OR Profile Information links. 

There currently is a 200 character limit within the signature text box so that restricts the amount of stuff you can put in your signature.

Any image, animated icon (GIF), or text (within reason) that can be accessed on the open net can be referenced there, just like in any forum post.

After you have previewed your signature modifications by clicking on the Signature Preview link don't forget to click on the Update Profile button at the bottom of the page to save your signature.
