STL C3 Sharks update

Yesterday  the newly formed  STL C3 Sharks had our 1st 'Tech day' and we had about 5-6 cars showup needing various types of work( like these things never need work). Mine has had a timing issue that we checked , we also put a set of calipers on JimG's 79 Another guy re-curved his timing on a 76 with new springs and weights which went pretty well too. The C3 owner that hosted the gathering has 3 early models that are just one better than the next. His project was to get his 70 502 RamJet running and check out his new 5 speed. I had to leave and did not hear if they got it runing or not.

We really had a good time just talking and working with a little suds mixed in and few hot dogs latter.

I'll keep you posted as things progress.

          Good to hear you all had a productive and good time. Still trying to coax other So Cal C3er's out of the wood works hear in L.A......Clubbing can be a lot of fun.

       Have you checked out www.stlouiscarnews.com ? has a lot of info on clubs, cruises, body, paint and repair and parts sources in the St Louis area.

Working 70 hrs a week, it wasn't something I could take on.  But now during summer session I'm down quite a few hours until Fall semester starts.    I need to give this some thought and get started.   Hank, Captn Bill, jump in here.
