Found an aluminum one on eBay, for $62, I couldn't pass it up. Should be here next week. A gasket kit and egr valve, I should be ready to roll.

Oh, I've got plans...!

Ok, been a while, here's what's up. Ordered new t top liners, sun visors, armrests, floor mats, head lights, and some misc window hardware. Will post some before-after pix as it all comes in. Oh, and found an unopened red silver anniversary Jim Beam decanter on eBay for $50. I'll post a pic or two of that, as well.

Good to hear from you again, TJ! Did you get the manifold straightened out?

Well, I found what I believe to be an L-82 aluminium manifold, seems to work fine. Because I am planning it as a resto-mod, I'm not hung up on numbers matching, vintage perfection. At some point I want the body, interior and wheels to look stock; suspension, engine and tranny I want the latest and greatest.

Gave it a wash and wax today, did a full carpet kit, as well.  Fixed the tach.  A few steps at a time, it's coming along.
