But it's a C5...!!!  I know that's being petty, but there has to be a C3 version out there somewhere.

Got to take a short ride today, only saw one other Vette, a C5 anniversary vert. Nope, they didn't wave back... They waved FIRST !! A Good Day.

I got a wave from a lady driving a red c5 and, that made my day but it got better when a guy in a black c4 pulled up next to me on the highway, 2 lanes, and waved like crazy, smiling at my red c3. I positively waved back! i didn't have to prompt either with the first to wave.          

When I was driving out today - 5/27 - I saw 2 C-5's(HOT Blondie in one),  1 C-4(Collage Guys) and 1 C-3.  All waved to each other except the C-3.  He was parked at the grocery store and nowhere in site.  Red 78, with t-tops off and very nice too!

man, funny you say that. tonite i saw a beauty of a 64 roadster, and i waved in my 94 chysler! forgot i wasnt in the 79!! (should i be embarrassed or not?)
