Good info! I will use it IF I ever move to the snow...
For me, it is the start of t-top weather until summer comes again!

I hate you Phill.......................
My shop also advises full tank and sta-bil for the winter nap. If the tank is full theres no "sweating". Another little tidbit is dryer sheets in the cabin. The car smells fresh in the spring. DONT LAUGH, steel wool in the exhaust ends just incase of mice. A very good friend of mine nearly blew off the floor in his 67 Etype from a mouse nest in the muffler. I hate putting my car away....
I use the dryer sheets under the hood also, it does help in keeping the mice away. I also take an old sheet rock mud bucket pour about an inch of windshield washer anti freeze in the bottom. Then I take an almost empty skippy peanut butter container and set it in the bucket, prop a stick from the floor to the side of the pail. that will do the trick with the mice. If you want to have some fun take a soda can poke a hole in the top center and bottom center piano wire from handle of bucket thru the soda can to opposite handle side. apply peanut butter to side of soda can in three eaqual spaces so the can will rotate on wire. They walk up the plank onto the wire like the walendas then onto the can the can spins and into the drink below. reeses peanut butter cups work good on the can, use in the hunting camp and u can here them splash in the night and the can spin......ok u can leave the water out and play wid em if ya want........

I do the dryer sheet thing also. I cover the car in a unheated storage barn the belongs to a friend of mine. I disconnect the battery (no fear of any kind of fire) and say good-bye to ther until April 1st. Then I uncover her, re-connect the battery and she starts right up. Gotta run now, I got til 31 October to drive !!

We have had early snow here in Minnesota....may shorten my driving season. I forgot about the dryer sheets.
