Tux you are amazing, I have been working 10-12 hour days getting ready for a "Kaikaku" on June 13-17 we will be moving upward of 390 machines in our plant for "Flow and Linkage" you plan your departments layout on Monday and Tuesday at noon its game on! (yep you have 4 days)
I have been working a LWWPP (least waste way program plan) and have over 150 support people coming in.....I'm tired!
It was supose to be in October, but was moved up to June......Shift Happens!I already had spring break planned and this Gathering, so to get er done so I can attend gathering I'm working OT would not be bad if I was getting paid for it

Tux, don't you scare Terry like that! He already has enough stress! Terry, just take a deep breath and say "It'll all be OK........................................".

We interrupt this topic for an unimportant announcement...
[QUOTE=ebo]Awww you guys

I have to fly out to Carroll Iowa Sunday for the week to do a Kaikaku (is a lean production term that means radical change, transformation, a revolution. It means radical overhaul of an activity to eliminate all waste)
We go into a manufacturing plant and pick up everypiece of their machinery and put it in the right flow, then 5 days later we leave and change our names and address

So I'm hoping to check it Saturday.

We now return you to our regularly scheduled topic...
I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!
Kaikaku - sounds like the stuff my dog drops all over the backyard then gets stuck to my shoe. Hey, I'll bet if you put some of that Kaikaku in your tank, it would be as good as new.

I really wanted to make the gathering, but sometimes life gets in the way - thought I would have been retired by Jan 1, but now looks more like this year?
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh......... West Hartford in the spring - does it get any better than that?
Have a great time doing your jujitsu thing, and don't forget to clean your shoes.

ebo man,
If you don't get the fuel guage resolved, just write down the milage every time you fill it and we will plan on stopping every 400 miles. Bring a siphon, just in case my calculations are off. (20 gallon tank at 20 mpg should have you coasting into the station every time)
I still need to check my hoses, belts, oil, coolant, battery, brakes, tires, etc.
Today is a nice sunny day, so I guess mama and I can go visit her mom.
Are we there yet?
