Torque figures for oil pan/differential?

Before I descend beneath my '78 for the first time, I've got a question:

What are the torque figures for the oil pan drain plug and the differential
drain plug? I've searched this forum and haven't found that info, so if
anyone can supply it, I'd be grateful.

Also: what's the diameter of the differential drain plug? I have a length of
1/2" ID clear hose hooked up to a drainer attachment on my electric drill,
so I can suction the old oil out efficiently. But I'm not sure if hose that
large will fit inside the drain plug opening.

Thanks for any answers--

The 1/2 ID might be a little difficult to manuever down into the lowest part of the diff. I use a 3/8 OD that works really well.
Good Luck,
Scott
