I just got off the phone with them and they said they could do nothing about it that buy.com was just a middleman for the actual seller and basically I am on my own with the seller of the product.

I have not heard anything from Buy.com...

What ever happened to truth in advertising. Don't they have to make it right for people that placed the orders?

Apparently, Buy.com doesn't feel the need to respond to any inquiry on this. However...BestPrices.com feels the need to continue to confirm that I ordered the wrong book.

Well, I got the Chinnyberry tree book today, I guess...I didn't even open the package. It's WAAAAY too small to be the correct book.
