I love the escalation part. This is probally the 10th time I have received this. I send them an email every week now just trying to be a pain to them.
I am keeping the Chinaberry book as a quirky reminder of my friends at C3VR. It will be going on road trips with me this summer and I would appreciate all of the C3VR member signatures I can get on / in it from cover to cover.

Well, here is my latest e-mail from Buy.com along with a portion of my last e-mail to them. All of this has been quite amusing for $10.00.
They haven't mentioned the return of the book yet so we'll see how that goes too. I still like the idea of it being a roaming C3VR signature book.....

I gave up waiting for my CC refund so I called the CC company and had the charges disputed.
