Vette(s): had a really nice one. sold it to a good friend. Purchased 2004 custom coupe in Feb. 2009 did not tell anyone here until August 2009. BAD I KNOW.

I want to apoligize if this is in the wrong forum, none said anything about the vacumn system.

If I wanted to replace the whole system could anyone give me a list of parts needed?  Is there a complete you can purchase anywhere?  I have a wiper door that does not open now and also the driver side headlight didn't go down the last time I drove her.  She looks to pretty to be driving around with one eye open.  That for the help guys.

Quick answer: go to the doc rebuild site and look around a bit.

You probably want a vacuum hose kit. They make them for the headlights and wiper door. Check all of the major parts suppliers. Call for club discount at the C3VR sponsors. Could save you a few bucks.

Eckler's (and probably others) sells a pamphlet on diagnosing and repairing the headlight and wiper vacuum system. It's something like $12 and would probably be worth it to diagnose your problem before replacing everything.

Zip Products has 'em too.  Check out this article from the online version of Corvette Magazine.  I remembered seeing it way back when and found it again in the 'Technical Search/(Engine/Drivetrain)' section of their Archives.

There's a related article on rebuilding the headlight actuators in the 'Technical Search/(Exterior)' section of their Archives.

Sorry to change the subject 1BLT-1, but how did your intake job go? I bought the Vac. SYS. book, it took me about a week to come to understand it, its worth the money.anips38476.598275463
