I'm new to the Vette world and just acquired a 75 drop top with all matching numbers along with a factory hardtop. It appears to have a lot of options including map light mirror, tilt/tele column, posi rear, a/c, pwr windows, steering, brakes, am/fm radio (I'm not sure how to tell if it's "stereo"), rear defoger with a blower grill in/on the top storage cover, turbo 400 auto, L82, white w/black interior.
I've searched sites and am a little confused about engine designations. I have a "T" for the 5th digit. I know its a L82 350, but what do the stampings mean "CKC" or "CRM" before the serial number on block?
Also the console has a plate on it that states it is 350/300 hp. I can't seem to find legit info on this if its accurate, I don't believe it is.
The tank has been out so there is no build sheet. Can a vin provide the factory installed options?
And last but not least....how can one tell if the suspension is the Gymkhana?
Thanks to all for info, Peter

I'm not that up on the '75's but I can tell you this;
The "T" in the VIN means that its an L-82 (205hp)
The CKC and CRM codes both indicate that the block is a 350ci/205hp with an automatic trans. The 350/300 console plaque is probably off of a '68-'70 when horsepower was listed as gross. I'm not sure about that though.
Both of these tidbits are in the corvette black book, kind of a handy book to have.
Enjoy your new toy!!

If your radio is AM/FM stereo, there will be at least two speakers and a light that illuminates when you're on a stereo station.
I doubt of your car has the Gymkhana suspension...only 3194 cars out of a total '75 production run of 38,465 came equipped with it. As one member here has said...take your car out for a ride...if you still have your teeth secure you don't have the Gymkhana suspension. Loose teeth equals Gymkhana eqipped.
