Hi everyone. I have decided to see if I can research the title my vette, along with any other information that I can find on the last of the L82's. I'm really interested in seeing if I can locate the last L82 produced. I have checked with the corvette museum already and they don't have very much information about this. My L82 was produced in April of 1980 and is near the end of the production run, but I really doubt it was the last one. If anyone has any ideas of where to start looking or if you have already found some information, I would appreciate any help.

I was looking at the C3VR Registry Data and found 14 1980s registered. Interestingly, your's is the only L-82. Also, the last 1980 sequence number is 440614 whereas yours is 425194. vettnut2 seems to have the 1980 closest to the end of the production with a squence number of 439949.

I'm not sure that this helps you much, but its just some info for ya.

Also, CarFax should be able to run a Title Check for your car, since they do 1980 and up.
