The public VIN is on the driver's side window post "A-Pillar" for all C-3's.
If you're standing next to the driver's side door, look along the chrome moulding near where the inspection sticker woulf be, it's about 3 inches up.

There is also a VIN stamped on the frame in two places. The only one accessable is on the driver's side, behind the rear body mount, on the top side of the frame. Some are easy to see, some take a lot of cleaning, but it is there. There is also a VIN derivative on the engine "stamp pad", located on the pass. side, just in front of the head. You can see it if you look down from the top. There is a pic of these locations here somewhere. I'll see if I can find it! Happy hunting!
