Last year I bought a bunch of corvette parts from a guy that had all this stuff for years.Some have dates on them going back to 1973.A lot of these parts I don't know what they are.They are in the original GM or AC Delco boxes.Can someone tell me where I can run these part #'s to see what there for.I've got a lot of relay looking things,I've got some guages like oil presure and I think there is a fuel guage in there someplace,a bra that has never been used.A pair of GM front grills for 80-82,but there is a lot that needs to be identified.Thanks

The Corvette Parts/Illustration manuals will have the #s, and the applications.
If you want to e-mail me a list of the numbers, and maybe a short description of what the part might be, I'll be glad to try to ID what you have.

I know one is a new wiper switch.It has the knob on it.Same as mine. Delay and all. Another one is I think a light switch.There is a hole in front that the knob goes into and on the bottom it has two places where vacume hoses go. There is a metal piece that rubs up on this spring thats in a half circle. I'm guess that for the interior lights/dash. Am I right on that one?

That is certainly a headlight switch.  If you stay in this forum and look at the download of the parts manual -- all the info that you need is contained in those files.  It is a whopper of a big download, but well worth it.

thanks Bt jett.I will check that out.I've got to sell some of this stull.I have no more room.you wouldnt beleive all the BIG boxes.I've gugage sets,one has the front panel.Seat bun for 82CE. 82CE seat covers, rear package tray.A real nice t-top stainless trim.I've got both GM chrome corner pieces that fit on the end of the windsield frame.The t-tops go into them,a pair of crossfire emblems.All four center emblems for the CE center caps. All are GM.This just scratches the surface of what I have. I think I'm going to have a big ebay sale and see what happens.zgator2007-03-03 23:03:40
