Can someone tell me what these numbers signify on my '68 protecto plate?

CK682060
AV0110W

Also there is:
STD 976 (paint and trim codes)
V0104H0R (engine block date and factory, don't know what the R represents though)

Then there's a vertical row stamped with three letters/numbers: R, 1 and another I can't make out

Thanks,
Steve

CK682060: Should be final numbers of your VIN (you must have the first few blurred out)

STD: this should your interior trim color and material, however no can find those letters for 68
976: exterior color is lemans blue
Engine #V:Flint plant,01:January build month,04:build day,HO:327ci/300HP 4bbl, autotrans.
R:rochester carb
1:vehicle build date (January 68)

Steve, just found the trim code STD, black vinyl interior. Was in front of my eyes, that's why I couldn't see it. |cool|
