Sounds like you may have crossed a couple of plug wires. Go back and check them again.

Adam,What might have caused a lean condition?I know I didn't cross any wires during my oil pressure switch out.As a matter of fact after I have had time to think about it.I remember a few months ago I would have it at idle and everyone once in a while it would pop.It has now got worse.I drove it to work today after putting in a can of seafoam just to see if it was something in the FI.Still right a 2,000-2,500 RPM's it starts to pop real bad.Do I need to have a machine hooked up to it to read any codes.I'm not getting any check engine light and have done nothing to the engine since I bought the car 2 yrs ago????
I'm siding with Joel. I'd go for the wires, double check to be sure they're all back in the rightplace. Bad wires can be easily checked. Get it out of the light and let it idle. If they are arcing, you'll see a small fireworks display.
Check for cracking on the jackets too.
