My 1970 Coupe has headlight washers. The windshield washer pump outlet cover has five ports (one inlet in the center and four discharges). Does anyone know where I can find a rebuild kit? Three port kits are relatively easy to find but I haven’t been able to locate a five port rebuild kit. (I’ve found complete re-pro wiper motor/ 5-port washer assemblies but I don’t need a wiper motor. My original one is fine.). Thanks!
I can't help with your search, but I had to comment - the chrome bumper year cars had some very cool stuff installed that didn't make it to my year (77). Fiber optics, hidden wipers, Astro-vents, the flip down rear window... and headlight washers?!? That's a new one for me. Didn't know they had those.
And that doesn't even get into the superior engine choices that got dropped because of smog and fuel economy. No wonder those cars are going for so much more than the 75-77 models!
Good luck with your search. Functioning accessories are important 😀.

Yes, my '70 coupe has all those things; the fiber optic lamp monitors, wiper door, removable rear window & storage shelf, and 'Astro ventilation'. It also has head lamp washers. Here's a pic if you've never noticed them on early C3's before. I like all those gadgets! 😄
I have everything working on my car but I haven't been able to find a rebuild kit for the windshield / headlamp washer pump. Been searching for a very long time. I've found repro wiper motor & washer assemblies that have the five hose connection pipes. One would think that rebuild kits would also be available - for those as well as OEM pumps (they will all need to be repaired or rebuilt at some point). 🤔
I hope somebody out there might know where I might find this.
Add me to this list wanting a rebuild kit for the headlight pump/drip valve. The plastic piece broke and would not glue back together. I've seen the replicas for sale for $175 to $200 al though not recently. Too much for a feature I'll probably never use. I'm saving up for a $700 electric window kit, unless I sell the car first.
I know I am late for a reply, but pump rebuild kits are available from Corvette restoration suppliers. Here's a link for future reference from Top Flight Automotive; https://www.topflightautomotive.com/products/corvette-america-1963-1974-chevrolet-corvette-washer-pump-rebuild-kit/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwqoibBhDUARIsAH2OpWgdn2KqQ4HtdZ53R3qgeGhsBsJAH-9fdjGVZMwlcPfJKYCRBSEWrz4aAo7FEALw_wcB
Thanks! FYI... The link you provided points to a rebuild kit for a car without headlight washers. The valve body has only three (3) ports. The wiper motor / washer assembly for cars with headlight washers has a valve body with five (5) ports. The latter is is more rare and what I'm searching for.
Just did a web search with the key words "corvette windshield washer pump 5 port" and these popped up on the first couple of pages:

There are more is you keep going. Didn't see and rebuild kits tho'.
Several popped up on a "fleaBay" search using the key words "corvette 5 port windshield pump"
Hope that helps some.
Thank you very much, Norsky! A great help. I really appreciate it!
Wow! You found quite a few. I appreciate your searching. Frankly, it's been quite a while since I last searched for for one of these. Back then, I couldn't find anyone who had 5-port units for sale. I should have taken the time to look again recently. I doubt I'll be able to find a washer rebuild kit. I may order one of those motors and use the washer valve assembly from it on my original pump. Thanks again!!!
