Cool Norbert, I too make it over to Begium once in a while. My home office is really in Kuurne, you see I work for BARCO.
Last time I was over there, in December, I can remember nothing but clouds and fog for a week. I think I know why there are a hundred different Beers there....
Lucky dog, the factory guys take the entire month of August off, I can understand why this is so too!!!
Keep typing, we enjoy your Vette stories!!

Hi Bruce,
nice you know Belgium. Yes, Kuurne ( Kortrijk ) isn't so far from here. About one hour drive. We have nice december-days also , cold, but dry and sunny. Good for vettes ,no cooling problems and warm inside ! if there's no saltdust ... pitty of course on our beautys...
Should meet once if you're back in belgium ! keep posted !
a hundred different beers ? you under-estimate our brewerys :i find one where they serve 500 brands....
and there are 676 brands ...????
OF COURSE i never tryed them all......
How far are you with the restoration ? already on the road again ?
Norbert
Thanks!
Ok, maybe 600 different beers? So little time, too many beers....
The car is on the road, I actually drove it today. Been sitting for 2 months because of bad weather, holidays etc....fired right up the Ol' Blue
Needs a paint job and new interior, just halfway done my friend.

I know the voices aren't real, but they have some pretty cool ideas...
