Does anyone have a good pressure bleed kit they could loan me for a few days.

I am trying to get my brakes initialized and they are being stubborn.  ive never had good luck gravity bleeding or vaccum bleeding a dry system.  pressure bleed is what the gm service manual lists for a dry system and it was I usually do on modern cars.

this is driving me nuts.  please let me know if you have one i could borrow..  else ill just buy one.

thanks

Ben, I've got a good one here at the house with the correct master cyl. attachment, but...shipping it might be a pain. You can build on yourself fairly cheaply. I think Jim(Norsky) had a post with pics here somewhere.
You're more than welcome to use mine, but it would take a while before I could get time to get it shipped to ya...unless you wanna take a little road trip across the border...Wink

Ok I'll loan ya one...you got a bicycle tire pump and an old inner tube...wrap the tube around the master to seal it off and poke one of those ball inflater tips thru it and pump...yeah I'm nuts but it's worked for me several times and is the epitome of get r done!!!...oh I gotta say that the last time I did it my neighbor had my bike pump so I used the cheapo electric pump that plugs into the cig lighter...I went high tech..just keep an eye on the fluid level and don't cut the inner tube down the middle..keep it double walled..don't ask!!..yeah I made a mess...just cut it across once and wrap the master like a tornecut..pull it tight as you wrap it too...it goes on and comes off fast..there..you can keep the tube!!

kit came in friday.  within 20 minutes the entire system was pushing fresh fluid.  I am really more irritated that I wasted a week on it before giving up and buying the tool.
