At an event last weekend, I done sprung a leak in the return hose to the pump. I ordered a new set of hoses and will replace them all - "while I'm at it".
It seems straight forward, as long as I replace to correct locations - but, just in case - are there any precautions or problems that I should look out for?
How about bleeding / replacing old fluid?

Just remember that the hoses cross each other at the control valve. The only bleeding you can do it start it up, and let it run, and try to keep the reservoir full. It's easiest to raise the front off the ground, and turn the wheel lock to lock several times....this will bleed most of the air out, and normal driving will get the rest.

I just replaced mine last weekend for the same reason. Be sure to turn the steering full lock both ways to check for interference. I found that I had to re position them slightly. Good luck
