I put TRW"s #340 on the rear and a set of Bilstiens (gas shocks)on all four corners and I am very pleased with that decision. The ride quality and handling are supurb. No more bouncing after hitting bumps just a firm, controled settling.Real nice ride but not mushy. Makes you feel in total control. Love the difference. Would encourage anyone who is thinking about the change to go for it. Plus you get a nice weight savings verus the heavy 7 leaf. Just be sure to use the heat shield given in the kit. Or make up your own like header wrap around the exhaust pipe near the spring.

Yea,,Fastcorvette has real slow shipping and never answers your e-mails when you are trying to find out where your order is ....When you call they are very vague as to whats up with your order. I bought a stock replacement rear spring from them last year. the car sits way too high (yes I know about the 8" bolts but thats another thread) and I was told it would settle...Well, 14 months later that a$$ end has not gone down a bit and of course they will not let me return it because it's been too long from time of purchase....Stay away from Fast corvette

I used Fast Corvette once and will not go back. Had same problem Reid had when it came to phone calls and emails. I would stay away too. There are lots of better suppliers out there to buy from such as the ones advertising on this forum.

When I did my rear rebuild I had a 340 spring and KYB gas shocks done. AMAZING difference. Not harsh at all and zero slop, I LOVE IT. Now if I could save up for the 700r....
