try eklers or mid america corvette,,they would have to an aftermarket because the only 69 vettes that had them were the few built with the road racing package, and even then they were an option,,my 69 has the package but only has the lap belts. rd
Anyone know where I could get a set of 69 Coupe Seatbelts with Shoulder belts? Is there an aftermarket source?
When I got my 69 it had some crap after market belts in somewhat like aicraft stye. After looking and pricing for a year and a half and getting prices of $800 + and a wait of up to 8 months, I found this place http://www.andoauto.com/Corvette.htm.
I bought a set from them and could not be more pleased with the fit and quaity for the price. They have a original look and I got them for safety reasons and was not willing to pay the riduculous inflated prices for original seat belts.

Not sure but I believe shoulder harness belt systems were optional at first but became standard equipment March 1, 1969 to comply with Federal mandates. My '69 was assembled in February so it came only with lap belts.

Actually, after Jan 1 1968 all coupes were equiped with shoulder harnesses and they were an option on Vert's.

MidAmerica just recently started selling aftermarket seatbelts. Price is reasonable compared to 800 - 900
Unfortunately, 1969 is not one of the years they produce for...
