Broke the windshield!!!!!!!!!

Finally got the windshield out.  Wire is the only way to go.  "Like buttah" as they say. 

The center, sides and lower part dont look too bad - not great but mostly surface rust.  The upper corners had goop under the chrome trim pieces that looks and feels alot like plumbers putty.  Under the putty the metal loolked brand new, not a speck of rust.  Forward lip (beneath the windshield edge) is the worst.  I am having a welder friend of mine look at this area for possible repair.

I took some pics.  Tried to get close ups but the camera wouldnt focus that close.  Spoke to Eastwood rep and will paint all with their
Rust Encapsulator.

Ordered the windshield from Pilkintons today.  They were great and eager to do it exactly how I wanted for a very reasonable price.

Let me know if the pics dont work and we'll try something else.
