Vette(s): 1979 Black coupe. 11256 original, documented, miles on it when I bought it in April of 2000. It now has 13100 on it. Oyster interior, like new. Everything original, everything works, except the clock. Paint has a couple of minor flaws.
Hey dukman,
What did you use to color your seats? Did it work good? Have you ever painted the console or any of the plastics?

Glen,
I don't think you want to paint the consoles. You should dye them. The car parts suppliers seel the correct dye colors to match your original factory colors. You may not be able to get them air freighted. I think because they are in aerosol cans and are considered "explosive" they have to come by ground.

I was wondering if there is any carpet manufacturer reccommended for carpet. Eventually before Ihave my car judged again, I'd like to replace the carpet. I noticed that a lot of installations I look at, the carpet is short in the footwells under the dash. They don't quite meet the capet retaining pins.
Thanks
Thanks
