Another option is to look at the eBay C3 Auctions on the Shopping page. Click on the Interior category and then C3 Carpet. If you want to narrow the search just modify the criteria in the Basic Search box and click on the 'Search' button. There are currently several auctions out there with 'Buy It Now' prices between $150 and $200.

And as mentioned previously look for sets supplied by ACC (Auto Custom Carpets) or Al Knoch.

I have used the ACC on my last three cars. You can get the best price from wilcox on e-bay. I paid 150. As far as heat barrier,the best I've found is the insulator mat sold at summit. Home Depot now sells it as a hot water tank blanket and its a little cheaper than Summit. For inside the door panels I found this bubble wrap type insulation that is foil on oneside, again at Home Depot. This is also good to cram into any spaces where heat or noise can come in. |cheers|
