I just posted about deleting some files and I forgot about finding control knobs.I have some controls knobs missing from my blower switch and wiper switch. I have looked on several Corvette parts companies, but can't find any. Maybe someone else had this problem also. If so let me know. I have a 1981 vette and Corvette America shows a round knob for a replacement, but my switch is a up&down action. If someone knows where I can find the control knobs plesae let me know. Thanks, Bill

Bill, it is a round knob on the wiper switch. Even though the switch goes up and down, the knob turns to control the intermittent portion. The blower for the HVAC system does not have a knob, just the switch. If it's missing, you must replace the entire switch. hth.

Barry

heres an AC control unit from ebay and a wiper knob as well.
Hope that helps.

On the 1981 the wiper control operation is : the first srep down is intermiten, the second step is on slow, and the third step is the fast speed. the lever seems to have had a small rectangle knob.It the samg it a knob, but it for the blower. It would a push on type knob. I'keep looking. I'm calling it a knob, but it really is'nt a knob.It just a push on end.I remember I replaced the stock ones with crome plated plastic ones. There out there someware.

I have a 1981. If you cannot find what you need from MidAmerica Motor works, then try Corvette Central. If no luck let me know and I know of a corvette parts place where I live!!
