Ok, I'm now at the point where my car is in good enough running condition that I can put my door panels back on(door painted, windows working latches working etc etc). And I'm at an impasse....is there really only ONE screw that holds the deluxe door panel in place for a 75? I can find one at the top near the front, and no others. 2 go into the handle, but I didn't see corresponding holes in the steel of the door. and then there are those stupid plastic clips. Seriously, are there supposed to be more screws holding it on or is it all little clips and one screw.
If its just the one screw and the clips, I'm gonna be door panelless for a while since mine seem to have warped, and won't stay clipped to the little pseudo velcro all at the same time.
Any tips or help on straightening out door panels or even just putting them back on the door would be GREATLY appreciated!

PS - Don't leave your door panels leaning against the wall for 10months, they seem to have bent slightly!

Turn 'em around and lean against the wall for another 10 months. They should be perfectly straight then..!!!

How many screws did you take out? Like they say in the magazines, assembly is the reverse of dis-assembly
Seriously, I think there really is only one and it mounts to the rear of the door using a 90 degree mounting clip.

my 72 with deluxe int has 2 metal clips on each end that wrap around the side of the door and are screwed into countersunk holes on the sides of the door as well as the 3 screws you mention. one clip at the lower front edge of the door and one clip at the middle of the rear of the door. these clips just slide into little slots on the inside of the door panel

I'll check for the clips! I know this is terrible, but 10 months ago when they got removed I was more concerned with the fact that my door had just been smashed against a wall than how I was going to put them back on! I've got no idea how they came off!
