Topic: Epoxy or Poly??
in Forum: C3 Interior
Well I'm down to nitty gritty now. Gutted the interior and ready to start some clean up.Found a good break in the floor by a seat reinforcement. I've got the basics down, but i'm a little sketchy on whay resin to use. Would someone tell me which one is compatible with what was used there in 69?
Thanx alot to all of you, I've learned alot here. This is my first Vette and I need all the help I can get.

Ken's pretty much right. Each are very durable. Polyesters are more readily available, epoxies locally just come in the tubes. For a large area, I'd stick with the polyester. I've used epoxies on larger repairs, but I usually had to order the stuff and it's a little pricey in bulk quantities.
I also found out I'm allergic to the epoxy, so be careful using it. My forearms swelled so bad, Popeye would have been jealous!
