Topic: Installed seat belts this evening
in Forum: C3 Interior
I installed my replacement lap belts from Andover this evening. They went in without a hitch (no pun intended ). So now I'm legal and have some margin of safety while driving.
The only bad part of the experience was fighting the urge to rip out the entire interior (good thing I don't have anything ordered yet, or else I probably would have!)

No pics - I only did the lap belts. My car didn't have the shoulder belt option, so my seats don't have the slit at the top of the seat to allow the belt to pass through. Installation was very easy. Take out the seats, take off the door sill plates, pull back the carpet, install the belts. Poke them through the holes already in the carpet, reinstall the door sill plates and seats, and your done.
