Hi All,
I am about to order just about everything to redo the interior of my 78. I have looked at most all the main companies and compared pricing but there are a couple that I have not heard a lot about (Corvette South and Rowley) that seem to have some good prices but would like to know if anyone has any experience with them. My first choice would be Mid America since they are just down the road a bit (2.5 hours) but as best as I can tell they don't offer a package discount like some others plus I would have to add on Illinois tax which in this case together would amount to about $350 extra dollars to the order.
Where have some of you had the best experience.
Thanks for your help and recommendations.

I purchased from Wilcox a complete leather interior. Excellent materials, good color match and great service.

I would go with a well known company, just in case there was a problem with any of the pieces.
Corvette America is one of the better known for their interiors, tho I haven't used any of it myself.
Al Knoch is one of the best, but they are PROUD of it! I have seen many of his interiors, and they are top notch, with good service after.
Get the very best you can afford...you don't wanna have to do it again in a couple of years.

Thank you both,
Since I am doing this myself- just to see if I can. You make a great point I will most certainly not want to be doing it again in a couple of years.
Has anyone else had good experience with Willcox they seem to have some great pricing (running about $500 less than the others for everything on the list).
Thanks

Al knock has been in the Bussness for a Long Time. I used Him for Carpet and Door Pannels on my 80'. His Door Pannels were $100 Less than Corvette America. If You go with Him You may want to order well ahead of Time as he dosn't stock Vast Amounts like some of the Bigger Guys. But when You get them they will be freshly made. Also if You wanted somthing Custom Done they can do that kinda stuff as well lets say You wanted a Two Tone Interior ect. There are a Lot of Parts like radio Plates and the Dash are made buy the same people no matter where You buy it so You might as well just find the best deal. Richard...

A lot of interior stuff from the resto houses actually come from Corvette America, so it may be a matter of where you get the best price from.
From what I've heard Wilcox drop ships a lot of their stuff directly out of Corvette America. Same stuff, cheaper prices. They don't actually make anything, I think they're actually a new car dealer. Mike
thats what happened when I bought carpet from them
The $350 number also included the 10% Corvette America offers on interior packages. Other than that, the list was pretty long. I felt as long as I was doing some I would do all. It did also include complete weatherstripping.
Thanks everyone for all the input. I might be able to save enough to start on the engine. . . could use a bit more torque.
