Al Knock has the best quality interior products and service! But is also a bit pricey. We replaced the interiors on our 1960 and 1970 as well as a new conv. top for the 60. We were very pleased with color, quality, and service. We were able to get the installations disks thrown in because of the amount we ordered.
that is sometimes annoying about all the places. they sell you kits and don't put any schemetics in them. so you have to have a good memory and hope you are not missing any parts. i feel they should put the good old directions in on everything no matter how simple things might be.

SO TRUE! And somehow it is always a heck of alot easier to take things apart than to put them back together!

For quality and price you can't beat Willcox. If you tear your interior out, make sure you get some sort of insulation under the carpet before you install the new stuff. Makes a big difference in the heat transfer.

Insulation is a MUST HAVE!! I put the insulation readily available from Home Depot or Lowes, it is a series of air bubbles enclosed in foil. I can only imagine howhot this car would be otherwise. Not to hard to install.

Hi StreetShark,
What department was that insulation material in, and is called anything special? I walked all around the Home Depot here and asked and no one I talked to knew what I was talking about (not that unusual really :) )
Thanks
brad

I found it a Home Depot in the back corner of building near where they keep the lumber. I is used to wrap HVAC duct work with and has aluminum bonded to each side of the bubble wrap. Can't remember what it is called though.

Man, I cannot remember the name, but it is in lowes or home depot here in Fayetteville near the plumbing and other insulation products. I will get by there tomorrow and look up the product name.
Here's another question? Has anyone had any experince with the dash covers. I have a small crack in the front portion of the dash but don't really want to spend another $500 yet on a complete new dash. I saw these dash covers for $100 that look like it would work for my needs if they don't look bad or cheap. Anyone use one of these or seen one and what are your opinions/
thanks
