A friend of mine showed me an article in Street Rodder Magazine which highlighs this spray on heat barrier.  The guy who gave him the magazine has used this stuff on his street rod, & he is happy with the results.

Has anyone tried this, or know someone who has. 

It looks really promising, especially since I was looking to insulate the interior this winter.

Looks like a really messy job!! You'd have to be very careful about overspray. I'd bet it would definitely cut down on a lot of noise, at the very least.
