Hey guys I took apart my door the other day because my power windows were going so slow on the 75 vette I just purchased... i think part of the problem is cause the old grease is more of a glue... After I clean all the tracks off what type of grese would work best? Also what type for the motor gear?

White Lithium grease works great!

Yeah I heard not to use any at all and i heard to use white lithium so I did one with and one without now all I have to do is finish adjusting them and get a new battery since mine loses voltage as soon as any load is put on it and I will let you know what works better
If everything is new and good you don't need anything. In our cars the white lith works well.
Before you use the white lith grease, clean the tracks and channels with something. WD-40 works well, then grease them.
