I have to remove my door panel to see why my window won't go up or down.I have an 82 CE with electirc door locks.I looked in my shop manual and it wasn't very clear as to how I remove the toggle switch from the door panel. Can anybody explain this.I'm thinking that my conectors to the window motor might be corroded. It was working fine and gave no indication that it was going bad.If I operate the switch my interior lights will dim for just a second so I'm thinking the switch is ok.Anybody else have this problem?

Neither of my power locks work 100%. Only intermittent on the driver's side and never on the passenger's side.
The driver's power window works great. The passenger window goes down fine, but sometimes it doesn't go up. In all cases, I believe the problem is with the switches.
I know this doesn't answer your question, but I believe you push up the power lock bezel and pull out from the bottom.
Can someone confirm this?

Well I got the door panel off and as luck would have it,it wasn't my connections to the power window motor.I'm taking the car in the shop today and they will trouble shoot to see if maybe it's a switch.
