Where is a good spot to mount my satellite radio tuner? There is not a lot of room to put it. It plugs into the receiver and I power it from the lighter. I guess I could hardwire my power. Any thoughts or experiences?
Thanks,
Jon

What kind is it? Did it come with a suction cup mount?
I have mine on the far left of the window, down low. It is not in the way of my view there and it is easy to reach. You can find places to tuck the wires that run from the unit to the line in, antenna and power.

Thanks Adam.
It's a Sirius Sportster 4. I have the suction cup but I'm not sure I like the window location. I may fab a bracket for it but I was trying to come up with a location out of the way but where I can see it. I may revisit the suction cup on the window after I have exhauted other options. Thanks for the input.

they may make a mount that has the lighter plug on the end of it. that way it serves two purposes.
How about vertical on the pass. side of the console. I don't know how big it is.
Thanks. Good thought. I"ll look.
My Sirius is down at the bottom center of the windshield with the antenna velcro'd to the top of it. I think the signal will pass thru the glass t-tops but with some signal degradation.

I purchased a longer cord to plug into the radio, and a longer power cord. Then I routed the lines back through the console and my radio sits in the back behind the seats. I am not a channel surfer so I dont really need it to be insite and this allows me to keep it hidden.
