[QUOTE=bio11] Has anyone bought or seen a set of the Driver Leather seat covers from Ecklers? I guess they are a lessor grade of leather and come in black only. They are $100.00 cheaper than the regular ones in the catalog.

The ones I saw did not fit real well, not like they should.

Willcox has very good prices..........just make sure that you go for the forum special pricing. Willcox worked with me to custom make all leather seats of the 78-82 design, but in the 1974 color, silver to match my 74 interior color. They are really great to work with......ask for Tom in parts.

Pretty much everybody has now raised their prices - a LOT!  In a driver, I would buy the vinyl on foam.  We can still get them for $600 a set, and you just pop them in your '82.  But if you can justify it, the correct leather/vinyl are now $815 on foam.  It doesn't pay to buy just the covers, as you need to buy foam and an install kit, then get them on the seats.
