Shifter Knob

Does anybody know what the original shifter knob was in my 1973 ls4 with a 4 speed and a hurst shifter with a blue interior

Vette(s): 1972 conv, 4-speed, 350, 200hp, numbers match, rally wheels, war bonnett yellow w/white top. good condition, nice driver.
Not sure if O.E.M. is Hurst, but it should be black chrome on O.E.M shifter with chrome and a pull up lock out for reverse.

Vette(s): 1973 Orange Metallic Coupe (orig owner), L82, 4 spd (WR), PS, (A/C & PW (I installed from wrecked 73)), leather, AM/FM Stereo, ran with '65 FI unit earlier & will again some day. 2023 Accelerate Yellow HTC Stingray
The OEM shifter was not Hurst but some folks installed a Hurst shifter later on.

Black chrome, round knob, no inscriptions/numbers. GM shifter that bolts to the trans crossmember, not the trans.

I have a Hurst shifter installed in my 78. It’s a slap shift to reverse. No spring pull up like the original. It has 3/8-16 male thread pattern. Hope that helps you? Good luck. Rossdog
