I ordered it already today.. thanks. so when i put the fitting on and am forcing the grease into the cable , i assume it will stop adding it when it is full? does it stop adding?

If you get carried away you will fill up the entire Cruise transducer or speedo head! A few shots with a grease gun is usually all you need. Those set ups do work well.

Using the cable grease is great, yes graphite is fine. I have used the wheel bearing grease for years with good results. That's what we used on these cars new in the dealer. Okay I'm not as young as I used to be! |laugh|

Thanks for the info. i guess i will probably get the fitting i ordered saturday or monday.. no problem i have A/F Reserve duty this weekend and it is suppose to rain.
