Can a speedometer in a 1976 Corvette be taken out without taking apart the entire dash? I can't find replacement speedometers for this year so were is a good place to have it rebuilt? The ODO is stuck but the speedo works good, I need to replace the turn signal bulb (burnt out), is it easy to replace the bulb? Thanks!

Unfortunately...no...
The driver side dash will need to be removed to get to the speedo head, or replace any of the bulbs. Removal involves dropping the steering column down, so it's not a quick job, but it's also not that complicated. There are a couple of other threads on how to remove the speedo/tach panel, if you do a "Search" on the subject.
There are several places that do repair gauges, including speedo-tachs. I can't think of any off the top of my head, but....it's early yet...
Someone else will chime in with info after the sun rises.
